I believe that we can only find true joy when we find our true self.
I’m a recovering people-pleasing conformist with the heart of a rebel. For years I’ve been on a journey to figure out exactly who I am… and who I am not.
Uprooting Conformity is my path of uncovering myself as I peeled away layers of society’s expectations. Throughout this journey, I have realized how much of who I thought I was was a mere cardboard cutout that I presented to the world while deep inside, the real me was trapped and slowly suffocating. Dramatic-sounding, but true.
My desire is to share what I’ve learned and help you on your own journey of uncovering who you are at your roots. Welcome.
